1. Age Requirements

You must be at least 13 years old to use Ommnium. By using our services, you represent and warrant that you meet the age requirement and will comply with these Terms.

If you are using the Services on behalf of an organization, you represent and warrant that you have the authority to bind the organization to these Terms.

2. Account Registration

To access certain features of Ommnium, you must create an account. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration and keep it updated. You are responsible for safeguarding your login credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.

Notify us immediately of any breach of security or unauthorized use of your account.

3. User Conduct

• Prohibited Actions

• Abuse or Harassment: Engaging in abusive or harassing behavior towards other users is strictly prohibited.
• Illegal Activities: You may not use the platform for illegal purposes or violate any local, state, national, or international laws.
• Content Restrictions: You may not upload content that is offensive, harmful, or violates our community standards.

4. Intellectual Property

All content, trademarks, logos, and other intellectual property rights on Ommnium are the property of Aeolink or its licensors. You agree not to use, copy, or distribute any of our intellectual property without prior written permission.

Your content remains your property, but by submitting it to Aeolink, you grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, and display your content for platform operations.

5. Subscription and Billing

• Auto-Renewal: All subscriptions renew monthly unless canceled. Fees will be charged at the start of each billing cycle.
• Non-Refundable Balance: Funds in your account are non-refundable and may only be used within Ommnium.

6. Suspension of Access

We reserve the right to suspend access to accounts that violate our Terms of Service, community guidelines, or applicable law. Suspension may be temporary or permanent, depending on the severity of the violation.

• Reasons for Suspension:

• Community Standards Violations: Accounts promoting harmful or illegal content may be suspended.
• Intellectual Property Infringement: Accounts infringing on intellectual property rights may be suspended.
• Security Risks: Accounts posing security threats, such as distributing malicious software, may be suspended.

7. Termination of Account

You may terminate your account at any time by following the instructions provided on the platform. Upon termination, all associated data will be permanently deleted.

We may also terminate your account at our discretion if we determine you have violated these Terms. This will result in the removal of all associated data.

8. Limitation of Liability

Ommnium are provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties. We disclaim any liability for damages arising from the use or inability to use our Services to the maximum extent permitted by law.

In no event shall Aeolink be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from the use of Services, even if we were advised of the possibility of such damages.

9. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to its conflict of laws principles. You agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Cupertino, California.

10. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms periodically. We will notify you of any significant changes by posting the updated Terms on our website and, where appropriate, by email.

Continued use of our Services after the effective date of the revised Terms constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
